The Creperie;

The Creperie opened their doors in the Great Northern Town Center on December 3, 2013, offering savory and sweet crepes, homemade soup, salad and espresso. All crepes are handmade, prepared to order and absolutely tasty! Hours are 7am - 4pm on the weekdays and 8am - 3pm on the weekends. Here at the Creperie, We haven't always been at the location we are currently at. We actually have moved quite a few times, this is our third and hopefully final relocation. We were located on the other side of the gulch where the Pizza place is, and before that we were located where Hardees is now located.

This isn't Jeff's first restaurant either, He's actually owned quite a few. He has moved around quite a bit, sold his establishments, and is currently happy with the Creperie and the jobs he does on the side. His passion for cooking has never changed, only his style and his taste for unique foods. Along with this Establishment, he also is a private cook and caters private and public events.

Jeff makes many unique entrees and sometimes don't exactly fit with the french theme but he finds a way to blend them. His Indian food is especially good, He cooks it with Ish from time to time or he does his own thing. Ish is a friend of Jeff's that sometimes will come in on the weekends to teach a cooking class, if you're in the area you should come check it out sometime.

Jeff is a man full of surprises. Leaving his customers in awe over his cuisine. He puts a lot of hard work and devotion to pleasing the customers and treats them like family. He also takes care of his Employees, suprising them often with new foods or a new story or teaching them some of his unique arts of culinary.

Though Jeff has been all over the world, his home resides here in Helena. "You can't beat good ol Helena." he stated when asked why he didn't move elsewhere. Jeff has traveled to many countrys and is infact where he gets a lot of inspiration. Visiting and living in new cultures always leaves him with something newly learned.
